Rates and Information
$86.08 Per Person per night
which includes 7.6% sales tax
(Minimum of 10 guests, Max of 20)
We have a total of four bedrooms.
Two are upstairs and two are downstairs.
Your bedding, towels, shampoo, hair dryers
and even ear plugs are included.
Check in at 2:00pm
Check out at Noon
We offer an optional early check- in at 11:00am
which includes lunch for an additional $7.50 per person.
If you are interested, please check this option below and
also on the meal selection sheet.
A $322.80 deposit (includes tax)
is required at time of booking. Your group name will be shown on the web site calendar and that date will not be available to another group.
Deposit is non refundable.
Remaining balance for your group is due Two Weeks
before arrival date.
(Extenuating circumstances resulting in a group cancellation
within two weeks of arrival will have the option to rebook for a future date
or have the option of being refunded 50% of the total minus your initial deposit.)
Extenuating circumstances regarding an individual that needs to cancel
within the two week period of their arrival will be refunded 50% of their total fee.
